Lead Full Stack Developer

The Lead Full Stack Developer focus is managing, developing, and producing hardware and software solutions to meet and exceed the needs of our organization. This can include hands-on interactions with network, infrastructure, end user systems, servers, application development and other business systems. The ideal candidate has a talent for developing effective, efficient, and cost-conscious solutions in a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Define app specifications, features, life cycle, development path, resources, project scope, and collaborate with end users

· Manage, develop, code, update, and deploy apps alongside development team

· Define processes and procedures in collaboration with training for any app or hardware releases.

· Server health, configuration, redundancy, and security.

· Network and infrastructure health, configuration, and security.

· Device programming, configuration, testing and deployment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Experience in app development, project management, coding, programming client and server languages.

· Ability to clearly communicate and receive conceptual ideas to and from end users

· Hands-on skills and knowledge that can lead development projects and team

Demonstrated ability to:

  • Conceptualize and generate ideas independently
  • Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Vanilla PHP, .NET, JS, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • SQL, MySQL, IndexDB
  • AWS configuration and maintenance
  • Linux server and some variants
  • Windows servers
  • Virtualization and Containers
  • UI/UX design
  • Microsoft 365

Preferred skills:

  • Android, C++, C#
  • Python and some variants
  • MongoDB
  • Graphic design
  • Custom app and hardware builds
  • Microsoft products and services


· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on software development

· Or equivalent work experience that best aligns with the role and responsibilities of the job position.

· 5-10 years of experience in project management, development, and coding

· Equivalent combination of education, experience, portfolio, and certifications will be considered

· Previous management experience preferred
