Client Support Biller

Position Summary:

The Client Support Biller will organize and review billing for accuracy. This individual will additionally make sure all supporting documents are in the system and review pricing for accuracy prior to creating an invoice for the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generates invoices daily to maintain corporate cash flow.
  • Verifies and maintains all customer related electronic records.
  • Verifies and reconciles invoices
  • Correct data entry errors  
  • Review and monitor accounts for invoice rejection.
  • Process Cash Billing and Shop Work Billing
  • Support the invoice batch runs and sending out invoices
  • Update Client Support Assistant Manager on any pertinent billing issues or concerns.
  • Perform other office duties and data entry projects as assigned

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Plumbing or HVAC preferred.
  • Three (3) years Project Management experience
  • 5-10 years of industry related experience (low voltage electrical, pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required, strong preference for an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2+ years’ experience in office administration or billing
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Foxit Phantom PDF
