On December 12, the Department of Community Affairs in New Jersey issued a bulletin regarding new requirements for Carbon Monoxide Detection Installation. It is stated that, effective September 3, 2017, the requirement to have carbon monoxide detection installed in buildings that have fuel-fired equipment or attached garages has been extended to all buildings.
