Responsible for prioritizing, planning and managing the technician schedules on a daily basis for the Standard Products department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the Best Customer Experience through exceptional customer service
- Creates and prioritizes technicians’ schedules in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensures that technician runs are profitable and meet department goals
- Reviews technician’s schedules to accommodate emergencies and trouble calls
- Contacts customers to schedule service or repair appointments
- Serves as a Customer Service/Relationship Representative to customers
- Takes ownership of customer issues and follows problems through to resolution.
- Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions
- Logs and transfers open orders to the appropriate technician
- Composes and updates routine correspondence and reports
- Monitors customer’s accounts for purchase orders and past due invoices
- Assist with billing
- Assist with filing
- Responsible for other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate Degree in Business Management – preferred
- One to three years’ experience dispatching and scheduling service and/or maintenance technicians – required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional phone skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to cope with constant change and adaptability
- Strong organizational skills
