Service Coordinator, Sprinkler Delaware Valley

Responsible for prioritizing, planning and managing the technician schedules on a daily basis for the Standard Products department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Best Customer Experience through exceptional customer service
  • Creates and prioritizes technicians’ schedules in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensures that technician runs are profitable and meet department goals
  • Reviews technician’s schedules to accommodate emergencies and trouble calls
  • Contacts customers to schedule service or repair appointments
  • Serves as a Customer Service/Relationship Representative to customers
  • Takes ownership of customer issues and follows problems through to resolution.
  • Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions
  • Logs and transfers open orders to the appropriate technician
  • Composes and updates routine correspondence and reports
  • Monitors customer’s accounts for purchase orders and past due invoices
  • Assist with billing
  • Assist with filing
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate Degree in Business Management – preferred
  • One to three years’ experience dispatching and scheduling service and/or maintenance technicians – required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to cope with constant change and adaptability
  • Strong organizational skills
